Fail

I really fail in updating. THIS SHOULD STOP. TODAY!

I'm getting the itch here in the Netherlands and really want to travel again. Stockholm might be the next destination. Here some pictures of some of my last travels to Copenhagen & Malmö, Valencia & Barcelona and Lisbon & Aveiro. Yes, I always like to visit more than one place at the time.

Valencia

Stockholm Streetstyle

Stockholm Streetstyle is a page I'm completely crazy about. I really like to see people wearing 'streetwear' and since I'm living in a city which is not so big and without a lot of outspoken people when it comes to clothing, I have to look for it somewhere else.
The page is a part of Caronlines Mode, which is the blog of a Swedish girl named (you could guess) Caroline. She takes pictures of people who she thinks have an interesting style. Most of the pictures are taken at fashion events, so it's not really streetstyle if you ask me. But still, her pictures and the people on them look great.

Judge for yourself:

Neil Craver - Underwater pictures (Omniphantasmic)

Neil Cravers was born and grew up in North Carolina. He started as a painter and sculptor but changed is his interest to photography. The pictures in his series Omniphantasmic are really strange, mysterious and nude. Omniphantasmic means something like all visionary or all dreamike. Words which perfectly suit the pictures. I could post almost all of them but that would be an overkill...

Rain drops on my window.

It was time to take some pictures. This is one of the serie pictures I took:

The Swamp - Eva Gonzalez Lopez

Ususally people don't associate a swamp with a serene place. Eva Gonzalez Lopez made some beautiful pictures in a swamp though. Very soothing, serene and dreamy. I love the colors. See for yourself:

GOODMORNING

Sometimes I get a bit crazy because all his updates on Twitter and Facebook, but it's worth it. Terry Richardson makes some very nice pictures of pretty people and just pretty things. You can see them all at his digital diary.

Picture time

Yes, it's me on the suniest and cosiest balcony of Groningen. Please don't mind my just-came-out-of-bed-face and -outfit.

Kronenburger Park

I spent a very lovely and sunny afternoon with Ilse and Laura in the park.
(Blame my phone for the crappy quality of the picture.)

Ryan McGinley

I'm not just writing for c'est une fièvre about the stupid things I do and like in my little life, but also for www.stofwolk.net. 'Stofwolk' means 'Cloud of Dust' in dutch. It's a blog about all kinds of cultural things. Literature, music and architecture for example. As you may have noticed I'm into photography. Most of my articles are about the photographers I like. This time it's about New Yorker Ryan McGinley. For the 'dutchies', go read it! For all the others, go take a look at his little pieces of art HERE.

These pretty pictures of the Swedish Lykke Li, one of my favourite singers, are made by Carles Rodrigo, one of my favourite photographers. Another perfect combination.
